On Jan. 7^th and 9^th, work reports of 2024, aiming to drawing experiences from the past and consolidation of the company, were made among the mid-level management members as well as the project managers in Beijing and Anshan respectively.

A Work Report

Mr. Han Dong, the general manager, addressed the meeting at the beginning, he spoke highly of the achievements that the teams had made during the year of 2024; in addition, he pointed out that making work report is a good way to find out problems, exchange experiences among the staff and improve the management level. Mr. Han reminded the mid-level management of the Twenty-Character Motto, i.e., 1. Scrutinization; 2. Timely Responding; 3. Quick Action; 4. Being Courageous to Shoulder Responsibilities, Speak Straightforwardly and Act; 5. Target-Orientation.

Heads of each department as well as project managers made detailed reports centering on their responsibilities, rooms and measures for improvement. The high-level management team responded accordingly, made assessments, analysis, worked together for targeted solutions and pointed out directions for future development.

Mr. Xu Lie, the president, awarded balances, which symbolize fairness, to those newly-promoted heads of departments; in addition, he urged the management levels to hold on to their inner balances and always bear in mind that everything and everyone in work should be treated fairly, meanwhile impartiality should be always observed.
