May 13^th, Enterprises Convention of Liao Ning province was held in Shenyang, capital city of Liao Ning province. Liao Ning Communist Party committee and People’s Government of Liao Ning Province jointly published a communique titled “Communique of Praising Outstanding Enterprises that Have Made Great Contributions in the First Year of 3-year Initiative for Comprehensively Revitalizing New Breakthroughs” during the meeting. In the communique, Anshan Huatai Environmental Energy Engineering Technology Co. Ltd was publicly praised by the government as the outstanding private enterprise of Liao Ning province.

The meeting with subject of “ Boosting Quality Development of Enterprises, Facilitating Comprehensive Revitalizing New Breakthrough” was held in Shenyang on May 13^th and Chaired by the Governor and Communist Party Committee Deputy Secretory of Liao Ning Province, Mr. Li Lecheng. In the meeting, representatives of outstanding enterprises made speeches, as well as the Chairman of Enterprise Reform Study Institute of China and former member and chief secretory of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council Mr. Yuan Huagang and other 7 guests delivered their speeches. Outstanding enterprises that have made great contributions to the initiative in the First year were publicly praised by the meeting. Mr. Xu Lie, the Chairman of the company was invited, and honorably attended the meeting.

The initiative was commenced in 2023 by the government of Liao Ning province, henceforth, the entire province has been standing in solidarity to overcome various challenges in the development of economy, boosting the running of economy to move forward with stability and quality, which has achieved 4 significant transformations and won the First victory in the first of the 3-year initiative. During the period of the cause, many enterprises of Liao Ning province have stand out with their industrious merit and entrepreneurship, and make significant contributions to the revitalizing of Liao Ning economy. In order to further encourage proactivity, creativity, competence and enhance enterprises’ confidence in development, the government of Liao Ning province has made its resolution that 223 enterprises which has made great contributions to the initiative in the First year should be publicly praised. Among the list, there are 15 financial institutes, 46 state-owned enterprises, 101 private enterprises (7 are from Anshan city), and 60 foreign enterprises.
