In the evening of May 11^th, Huatai Yongchuang Scholarship Award Ceremony/Zhen Shan Lecture Forum of Chemical Engineering Institute of Dalian University of Technology was held in the university. The communist party secretory of the university, Ms. Zhang Wenzhan, and the deputy secretory & deputy dean of the institute, Mr. Wang Xiaoguang, student affair office director, Mr. Shang Ke, chairman of the company, Mr. Xu Lie, and HR department manager of the company, Ms, Chen Renmei, coking engineering department head of design institute of the company, Mr. Jiang Shimin attended the activity.

During the ceremony, chairman Xu addressed his speech themed as “1, 2 and 3 of Innovation and Start-up”, sharing his experience in daily work and history of his entrepreneurship, analyzing status quo of coking industry and basic information of Huatai Yongchuang (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. As a hi-tech enterprise, company cannot develop without comprehensive support from talents and scientific research. In order to get the support, Huatai has developed a matured mechanism for talent training, offering graduates a vast personal development platform. Mr. Xu also expressed his wish that the university and Huatai will widen and deepen their relationship with the facility of this forum, attracting and saving more talents to jointly boost development of coking industry of the nation. In the discussion section, Mr. Xu further shared his feelings and experience from his personal story, the company’s current situation and development of the industry etc.

After the discussion section, Mr. Xu presented the Huatai scholarship prize to the students, encouraging the winners to keep their hard work and create more values for the society in future.
